Remember peoples. Bikes are considered vehicles on our roads as well. And you all see how these kids ride their bikes around here. I guarantee he didn’t have a helmet on. I guarantee he didn’t stop at the crosswalk and walked his bike across. I guarantee he was on wrong side of rode. Oh and I guarantee he darted out in traffic. Open your eyes people!
