Vehicle Stopped in Street

Now a ghost truck came and picked it up. No plate, no company names, lacking DPS inspection sticker and looked to be lacking required equipment by law. Interesting buckeye police allow unlicensed vehicles on the road infront of them.

Now the officer moved her vehicle to the shoulder and the original vehicle is still blocking traffic. Is this what they are teaching in the police academy now?

Officer first went past them ignoring the fact they were blocking traffic till a call for service came in. Not sure as to why she would just drive right past it and ignore it while it’s blocking traffic.

Disabled car blocking northbound to eastbound turn lane. Driver and passenger are in the back of the patrol car. Looks to be just to stay in cooler air.
