Sam 3, I have a pending 952. It's at 29th Light Rail Station. Information via CHP. The complainant called in, said someone was hit by a vehicle and said they were on 29th, didn't give a cross, but sat by the rail station and disconnected. Per history, it's a chronic caller of unfounded circumstances. We're checking with SOC.
