Alright, in 12, we are getting a disturbance with a mental over at the CVS. 24 or 27 West Chicago, Ms. Simmons says a male Hispanic between 50 and 60 appears to be drunk or high or having mental issues. Says he was fussing and cussing, making racial comments and threatening people. He's short, medium build, yellow shirt, blue jeans, carrying a black Jordan book bag.
