43 King 3 at the handle, 43 King 1 assist on a possible 417, 11930 Studebaker at Walgreens. Informant states, a White adult, correction, informant saw a female, 30s, wearing dark shorts, dark shorts, walking to the location of the 417 in holster on waistband. She was then seen hitting, sitting in a wheelchair 20 feet from the entrance. Tag 67.
