Units in 11, we're getting a couple calls from Family Dollar, 413 South Kedzie, 413 Kedzie. First came over as a theft in progress. Says that a male, Black, in a wheelchair with a black coat, red shirt is going around the store eating items on scene. Second call came in as a person with knives. Male, Black, in a hospital wheelchair has a knife going through the store, eating up all the food in the aisle, harassing customers. Customers are saying that he has a knife on his hand.
