Caller states a female, white, 40s, dropping cookies in residence yards, walking westbound on Byron. She appears to be mentally ill. She's talking to herself. Unknown if the cookies are poisonous. Poisonous, excuse me. States the female was last seen wearing a yellow and white brown striped top, bell bottoms, grayish hair, 5'4", slim, black hair.
