4152, 4154, suspicious incident. 4154. 1404 Franklin. Complainant states she purchased a vehicle through Tri-State Auto Care. She says that the vehicle she purchased is stolen. When she went to get the tags, the BMV gave her a tag for a Ford F-150 when her vehicle's a Ford Fusion.
