States three juveniles just attempted to steal a gray Kia sedan. Vehicle is currently in the middle of the parking lot, blocking traffic. Per the caller, ignition is damaged and back passenger window is broken. He has a plate, said that the caller was leaving and the security guard, John, would be waiting for him. On scene.
