Southern 5 car, information only, 518 hit-and-run, 7th and Mission Bay. Occurred five ago, non-injuries. Gray Toyota Prius, last seen 7th and Brannan, on Brannan towards 8th. Driver is a Latin male, 20s, unknown clothing, with an ex-passenger, Latina ex, 15 to 17 years old. Driver flipped the RP off as he was driving away. RP also advised the driver was possibly kissing the ex-passenger. RP thought that was possibly concerning. It's a gray Toyota Prius, license plate 9.
