821, a disorder, 2158 Blackthorn. An anonymous caller was reporting two juveniles tearing up the park with a motorcycle. They were going through Eastgate, causing damage to a memorial bench that was put up by the city, and they are now arguing with the caller's husband. One's going to be wearing a red shirt. The second is wearing a gray shirt. They're between Blackthorn and Glendale. 2158 Blackthorn. 821. Golden, Capitol Conference.
