731 Henry, I copy your message for the 647 at 2nd Street and Culver Street at the park for 3 to 4 people, mixed races and genders with 3 to 4 big dogs off a leash who are dog aggressive. No known weapons in the park near the intersection. The complainant wants them to leash their dogs and leave the park before someone or their dog gets hurt by the aggressive dogs.
