He’s cute, did he get reunited with his family?
I get so upset seeing loose animals being lost and it is definitely the owner's fault for not securing and I mean securing which to the point of the fact that there should be no reason that the dog or a cat or whatever animal have gotten away from their home. Very irresponsible should never have an animal. I pray to God that this animal does not get hurt and should get a new owner that actually cares!!
