The South traffic unit, a misdemeanor hit-and-run just occurred at 3117 West Vernon Avenue. The suspect vehicle is a silver or beige Honda Accord, license 7 Charles Sam Adam 2077. Charles Sam Adam 207, that appears to be code plated. Left at the scene, there's two suspects. Number one's a male, black, wearing a blue hat or face mask. No further. Number two, no further. Last seen on foot towards the school.
