How about the suspicious person at 104th and Lawndale? 104 and Lawndale. Julia stated it's a male walking around on the block slowly. He keeps criss-crossing the street looking at packages on porches. Male Hispanic, light-complected, 17 to 19, curly black hair, light mustache. He's wearing a black t-shirt. He also has a garbage bag with boxes on the northeast side.
