There are probably 200 head of sheep or goats that look like they've escaped from American River. They've gone east over the canal into the neighborhood, and now they're a traffic hazard and general people hazard south from American River, south from Winding Way. I don't know if they have a handler over here, but there's at least like six houses with front and backyards as well as the creek itself full of all of the sheep, goats, whatever these are. I copy.
