1424. It's a PD accident coming over at Wolcott and Crystal, Crystal and Wolcott. There's a two-car auto accident. The offender fled the scene going westbound on Crystal, driving a Chevy Cruze, plate Victor 460061. We're getting a second call on it at 1219 North Wolcott that says it was a gray Chevy Cruze that hit three parked cars. They think he's impaired. The passenger of the vehicle jumped out and ran, wearing camo pants and a face mask.
