10-4. It's a 4524 West Fremont Road, a car 30 ago. Caller saw camera footage. Suspect was a a white male, white shirt and shorts, stealing a caller's tools that were in front of his house. Suspect drives a Chrysler 300, license plate of Charles King Sam 6759. The caller says the suspects are in the neighbor's car right now. Confronting at the 4524 West Fremont address. Caller's going to be wearing a black shirt, black shorts. Begins for contact, 1530. Is there a unit to follow?
