To the police—- wasn’t an electric bike. It was a mini bike- no brakes no light. Just a bare metal frame and black seat. It was going about 40 plus east ( wrong way) on Le Moyne. Looked like he was running from something. Almost head-on collided with a car then tried to fight with the car’s driver. May be associated with the group that rides similar bikes in the 1400 n block of Maplewood and Campbell shared alley - south end of block. Rider was black male late 20s full beard, white shirt with aviator style glasses.
