Southwest 12 David, 426, 230, trouble with person, 2504 West Washington. 426, roll call. 436, 30th and Riverside. Charles 426, 436 at scene 31, it's at the gas station. One male, black and white shirt, black shirts, additional black male, all black clothing, and a wheelchair, and a third male, all black clothing. All three of them are refusing to leave.
