I have 5 and 9 boy units to cover the 415 on Folsom at the Dollar Tree. A homeless WMA. Looks like he's asking customers for money, not letting them in and out of their vehicles. Standing in front of their vehicles, not letting people leave the parking lot. He was also saying touching their car doors. WMA, 50s, 5'8", medium-build, black shirt, long sleeves with a Nike sign, 30 of blue.
