UT 19, UT 27, start for a disorder in UT Lot 18, 2768 East Rocket Drive. Caller Lisa says in the parking lot, a black Kia with a Massachusetts plate is trying to park. There's people standing in the spot, not letting this female park because they're holding it for someone. Caller was unsure which lot she was in. We got Lot 18 through wrapping. UT Lot 18, UT 19.
