Allowing all these outlaws to be hanging out in the sidewalks drinking, getting high on weed, the mayor must do something to improve the quality of Life of working New Yorkers!! Not only drug dealers have the right to enjoy the streets

Security guard was trigger happy, the dog was not overly aggressive. Not one time did it bark when everyone was surrounding the dog trying to stop the bleeding
So dog was just aggressive but not overly aggressive?
Bullet went through and through. May the dog recover
