A suspicious person, Fairhaven and Locust. Caller sees a male who threw a rock at his vehicle, and the suspect's at the location. He's a white male, 35 to 40 years old, with tattoos, baseball cap, black shorts, shirt unknown. The police tried to stop him. They gave him a fake name and ran off. Suspect is right on Locust Street in front of house that is for sale. He's sitting on the front steps.
