1512. Hey, we're getting a colonel's damage to property just occurred. 108 North Menara, 108 North Menara. Leslie is calling. Two male Blacks were at her 2021 blue Kia Serrano. Got Eddie Sam 95878, trying to steal it, has ripped the door off. When she came out, both offenders were in a vehicle, jumped inside of a silver SUV, last seen headed northbound. Unknown male Black sitting on the corner watching her, and the silver SUV did come back around the block before heading northbound. One male Black in shorts.
