Firefighters have located the smoke source under the freeway on the north side of Reed.

The address reported for this incident has changed to Interstate Highway 80 E & Reed Ave.

 We checked the area. We're unable to locate it at this time. 41's going to clear unless you have anything further.

 WESAC Engine 41, I just called back to the RP. She did advise it was on the right-hand shoulder just past Reed exit. Confirmed it is in Yolo's jurisdiction.
