In sector 2, I have a call for an armed person at 1525 Russell Street, Horseshoe Casino. Caller states a male wants to file a report for an argument with another person. Said the person was armed with a knife or box cutter. Happened 10 minutes ago. Four party called it out on scene. Suspect was a number one male wearing all black clothing, over 40. And he left on foot, possibly went south.
