I have a sergeant monitor the air to copy this 33 run in the parking lot at 1891 East Livingston Avenue. A black truck in the parking lot with a driver waving a 33 around. Driver's a female, black, 6'1", with a skinny build. Caller then hung up and is anonymous. Yes, I copy. Thank you, sir.
