Radio broadcasting a code 1 traffic hazard on State Route 176, South and Jennings towards Dillard exit for a disabled vehicle against the wall. Caller did say the vehicle is in the left in the way of traffic. ODOT has been advised. Broadcasting on Channel 2 at 2050.
