Caller, Clara Hooper, called and stated that there was a male who pointed a gun at her. It's going to be a white male with a beard, wearing a navy zip-up and jeans. She did state the male reached into a shopping cart and pulled out a gun. She states the male is possibly homeless. The gun's going to be a long black rifle. And he was last seen.

Radio broadcasting a code 1 at 2937 Lorainte Avenue at Wendy's for any units to break. Caller states that a male pointed a gun at the caller. It's going to be a white male with a beard wearing a navy zip-up and jeans. Male reached in the shopping cart and got a gun. It was possibly a homeless male. It's going to be a long-barreled black gun, rifle. Male was last seen going towards West 28th, towards Carroll Avenue. And West 36.
