831. Go ahead. Cross patrol at Walgreens, 4433 Dewey. Four black youths were harassing customers and an employee. Apparently last seen, possibly took some headbands now. Last seen towards the Burger King. One with dreadlocks, gray clothing, all-male blacks on foot. One with a brown backpack.
