Newton units, information on a battery suspect, Vernon and Central. Suspect, a male, Hispanic, dark-sleeved top, black backpack, seen assaulting a male, white. Suspect threw the male to the ground and kicked him in the stomach. PR is a passerby, no longer sees suspect or victim. Incident 3851, RD 1346.
