I was a witness to this. I was sitting at the light on 7th St and Buckeye. This dude came driving north on 7th St in oncoming traffic in some kind of utility truck being chased by the police, crashed into someone's car, jumped out of the vehicle and ran into the middle of Buckeye where the cops surrounded him.
