Did you report it? If not how do you think that whoever is responsible for it will repair it?
Shotty work is the norm now. Third party contractors do not safe guard work sites as required in Construction code.
I complained about this to 311 and 911. Found out neither is the right agency to call. So who do we call? Like. Smh
