 It's a 47, 16842 North 7th Street at the Verizon, Suite 1. Five ago, a Black male, a White male, and a White female took complainant's phones and took off going southbound on 7th Avenue. Excuse me, 7th Street.

 They left in a burgundy sedan with a windshield busted and paper tags. It looks like that vehicle dropped complainant off there, but they both, she doesn't know their names.
