Continuing again, it's going to be a BOL for a 23-103, last seen at Richards Underpass about 20 ago. The RP is advising a white Jeep backed into her vehicle at the light. Negative damage. The Jeep was last seen headed westbound on 1st Street. The license plate's going to be 9 King Yellow Union 899. It does return valid on a 2024 Jeep out of Manhattan Beach. Break.
