Jordan 25, 22, copy a juvenile problem. 25. It's going to be in the area of Lake Avenue and Watercourse Road. Complainant's saying there were juveniles speeding around on e-bike. One of the male juveniles is going to be in all black clothing with a purple helmet. States that they've been circling around a lot. Nothing further. Dispatch to 1700. 25, copy en route.
