Right what’s the reason for taking the moped he must don’t have no paperwork
I spoke to the moped writer. He said he was just driving and they stopped him for an E bike. He was trying to explain to them that his bike is electric but again you need plates on any type of vehicle on the road.
So what happened? Was he riding on the sidewalk with the mopped bike..?
