Units in 19 and citywide, we're getting a theft in progress, 3100 to 317 North Lakeshore Drive, northbound lanes, I guess. Supposed to be a heavyset male, Hispanic or male, white, wearing gray shirt, shorts, has a circular saw behind the restroom on the west side of the Yacht Club building, stealing a bike. No further, district 19, zone 2.
