Approximately 8 males are cutting the barbed wire off the fence surrounding the two large water towers. Informant's a hike, grand season happening. It's TAC 147. Lost Hills unit to start responding, one or less? Was there a Lost Hills unit, three or less, to start responding? 224 Adam in 20, is there a unit less than 20? Beep.
