23. Northeast 65th Street, 8F Northeast. Male just assaulted a female in the parking lot. The female is asking the RP to call for assistance. Suspect's a Black male, 25 to 30, 62 to 63, wearing a black hat, black sweater, and a backpack. The caller's on foot with the female.
