@Brooklyn_User1234 The woman was already on the platform when my boyfriend and I arrived to wait for the train. She was pacing a bit but nothing really seemed out of the ordinary otherwise. As soon as the train was pulling in to the station, we saw her drop her phone onto the ground and deliberately jump onto the tracks. It was completely horrifying and happened so fast. I truly hope she’s okay and can get the help she needs, and I’m so sorry for the conductor who had to experience this.

Thank you for clarifying. I was confused by these events as I tried to get away from everything that was happening. And I am haunted by the fact that there were so many people laughing about it and being cruel to a person that was obviously suffering so much
