Hope there wasn’t any injuries
The heavy rains we have had plus poor drainage by the wall contributed to this.. The soil is water saturated and heavy..
Plus that looks like an added extension onto the house adding weight the wall wasn't designed for..
I hope everyone is okay. The whole tristate is falling apart. Nothing has been maintained properly
The city building department does not do a good job of inspecting retaining laws and recurring them to be fixed. It was not long ago that there was a major collapse on landscape avenue very close to this location.
