Officers found nine shell casings on 2104 E 113th St, linking it to the Wilmington Avenue shooting.

 They made a U-turn at the stop sign, possibly off Grape Street. And then as they were making a U-turn at that stop sign on Grape Street, that's when they heard fireworks. And the next scene, one of the victims was hit.
