The police are here at Utica avenue in Rutland road to shue off these male and female youngsters but they're not listening. They're running the streets like wild people and there's so much going on. In other places of Brooklyn, there has to be at least two precincts right here crazy
On Utica and Rutland is a massive amount of police presence. A massive amount. A bunch of young kids running all over their street sidewalks making a nuisance of the area. Cops are telling them to go home but of course they're just making it worse for themselves. It's unbelievable. He is so crazy out here right now
