Charles 575, 8 and 59 to start for a 921 in progress, 8213 Law Almenger Way in 5C. Subject was walking down the street pulling on door handles, just got into the caller's neighbor's vehicle. Working on a description, 921 in progress, 5C. Sam 5, I copy. Sam 5, check. I have three units on the 921. Subject is male, unknown race, 30s to 40s, about 6 foot, thin-build, wearing a white puffer jacket with the hood up. No weapons seen.
