For the units to kidnap in progress, 207, correction, 12153 Foothill Boulevard, 12153 Foothill Boulevard. Suspect is an Amber, female, Hispanic, 50 to 60 years, wearing a red shirt and brown pants. Additional suspects inside the location have four victims. Code 3, incident 3552 and RD 1614. Any West Valley unit, 44 assist.
