Caller says near the deflated bounce houses, there's a young male, possibly 7 years old, white male, long hair, blue sweatpants, gray, black shirt, no shoes, running around with a stick. The caller didn't see parents, and she's not able to stay on scene. She also said there's an RV that says Starcrest on it in the area. She says the boy may be from there, but no one's outside with him. If you could check, 5001 Monroe near Dick's Sporting Goods. 521. Copy. 521.
