Probably the same cop we reported last week for driving recklessly. They'll never get in trouble and unfortunately the other driver will likely be held responsible.
He wasn’t going high speed; I saw it all.
You need to prove that they was driving fast. And yes if it is a robbery or holdup they don't have to have their lights on
