 About five ago, two male subjects, 242 Dark Collar, stole his bicycle. There were no weapons involved.

 And the caller's actually saying they hit him with a handle of a windshield wiper. We're still getting further.

Police have received a report of two men who robbed a person of a bicycle and hit them with a windshield wiper handle.
